This has a consistent artistic style throughout, such as consistent detail level, with a nice emphasis on the humanoid figure in the center.

It has an interesting message that leaves you to question rather than have an answer shoved in your face. I like how the figure is black and white while the environment uses (refreshingly,I might add,) saturated colors. It appears to be have a theme of pollution, but pegs the person as grayed rather than their surroundings which are still ripe with the colorful chemistry of our universe, gone from innocuous green to the accidental red. What runs through the power pole? Humans, of course.

Then again I might be entirely missing a point that is hidden from my particular eyes by subtleties I am not aware of. I like how this appears "artsy"to me, however.
